Legal notice: required for every listing. Sellers must follow all federal, state and local laws. That can include a USDA APHIS Animal Welfare Act license for dealers and exhibitors (USDA APHIS), TPWD permits for native wildlife such as white-tailed deer and deer breeder rules (TPWD permits), and Texas Animal Health Commission entry and health requirements (TAHC). Endangered species need federal permits (USFWS CBW). No illegal sales: listings for protected native wildlife without the proper permits, dangerous wild animals where prohibited, or animals without the required health papers will be removed. The site doesn't broker sales; buyers and sellers deal directly.
